The Youth Academy program focuses on developing the soccer skills of players who have demonstrated a strong interest and enjoyment of the game. We draw many players from more recreational programs because they are looking for a more challenging soccer environment. Yet, for others, the pure joy of the game brings them to our program.
The purpose of the Rush Youth Academy program is to prepare players to be successful competitive players as they move through our program and graduate to the Senior Competitive program at our parent company RushUnion Wisconsin. The Youth Academy program focuses on the following key areas:

There are no tryouts for Academy players. To sign up for the academy go to Playmetrics.

Academy soccer is for the player that loves the game and wants more from the
sport. It is the transition from recreational soccer to travel select programs.
(2) 90-minute Training Per Week
10 weeks of winter training.
Approximately 16 league games (8 fall, 8-spring)
Battle on the Border Tournament and Racine Lighthouse Tournament are included for fall.
Professional coaching staff.
Players are eligible to participate in all Rush programming including additional off-season and
winter training.
Teams may elect to participate in additional tournaments (additional fee)
The program is directed by the Club’s DOC (Nick Anderson)
Dedicated boys and girls program coaches.
Players will play true to the age group, special situations will be considered by DOC.
